The Master Build 10-Year Guarantee provides protection across key risk areas, including:
- Deposit cover – protection if the builder cannot commence or complete the project
- Non-completion cover – support if the build cannot be completed (subject to policy terms)
- Workmanship & materials defects – repair cover for eligible defects in workmanship or materials
- Structural defects – cover relating to core structural elements (e.g., foundations and framing)
- Rot & fungal decay – long-term cover for eligible structural damage caused by rot or fungal decay
Transferable value: the guarantee may be transferable to a subsequent owner (subject to the guarantee conditions), supporting resale confidence and peace of mind for future buyers.
