We’ve not been able to find fault with our Legendary Homes home and the excellent service they’ve provided. The overall finish of our home, interior and exterior, is to a really high standard. At 12 months, we had an inspection and anything that needed touching up (i.e. gib nails showing from the natural movement of the building) was fixed promptly, free of cost to us.

Recently bought a house in Kumeu built by legendary homes 2017. Had a bitumen shingle roof and there was one section where the shingles had lifted. Rang legendary homes who then contacted the roofer who had done the job. He was in contact with me very quickly and also came out and fixed the problem very quickly so as a builder myself it was great to see there are still tradesmen out there that stand behind their work. Only took them an hour to fix and no charge. Very happy

We have been in our beautiful home almost 3 years. Recently, we contacted Legendary regarding the driveway next to our home that goes to the back properties. Some of the bricks were cracked and broken which made a lot of noise with cars driving over them. Legendary organised this to all to be redone and fixed in record time and at no charge. When it came time to relocate and we saw they had new build available they were the first open home we attended, you can feel the difference in their builds and everyone in the process from open home to post move in has been responsive and helpful.
